Features
Full Face Mask (Facepiece)
- One-size fits all, made of EPDM, excellent all-round capacities of weather properties, resistance to temperature, tear, abrasion, compression, steam, and various acids & alkalis to provide full protection for the entire face of the user.
- Visor lens is treated with anti-fog, made of polycarbonate offering superior resistance to scratch, shock, and heat resistance.
- View angle is wide and offers an extended vertical field of view to improve situational awareness.
- Integrated Inner Piece is provided along with perspiration drain to avoid skin irritation.
- Equipped with speech device.
Demand Valve
- Lung governed second stage regulator for various rates of flow demand
- One-touch disconnection on the mask offers secure and quick operation
- First breath open (FBO) activation
- Bypass valve for manual control of airflow
- Flow rate and Static positive pressure maintained in the mask are compliant with EN 137 standard.
- Peak Flow Performance: 480 I/min (± 10%)
- Bypass Flow: 60 l/min - 450 l/min. (± 10%)
- Static positive pressure: < 4 millibars
- Push button to shut off the air supply in standby mode.
Warning Device & Pressure Valve
- Warning whistle is integrated with the first stage regulator.
- Whistle generates alarm sound when the air pressure drops below about 55 Bar ± 5 bar and measure at least 90 dBA sound at the ear of the user within 1 meter distance.
- Pressure reducing valves is a non-adjustable spring loaded piston mechanism.
- Pressure reducing valve serves as the first stage regulator effectively controls both 200 or 300 Bar cylinders.
Pressure Gauge
- Gauge offers a bright luminous display and shatterproof plastic face and rubber protection cover against shock and scratch.
- Gauge can be firmly secured and freely transferrable to either side of the shoulder harness strap.
- Pressure indicator is in BAR.
Harness
- Made of flame resistant, light weight material for excellent weight distribution of the apparatus.
- Adjustable shoulder strap and waist belt are fast-tightening for easy donning and doffing.
- Adjustable cylinder strap to various sizes of cylinders with safety lock buckles.
Frames
- Frames are ergonomically designed to offer proportionate load balance, maneuverability and comfort.
- Made with materials that are fire proof, non-static, non-conductive, light-weight, resilient and high impact strength.
Other Accessories
- Hose is made of non-flammable, acid and weather resistant and reinforced materials.
- Buckles and other accessories are made of stainless, aluminum.
